The fee for this event includes your space in the crop room (each attendee gets a full 6 foot table), your hotel room for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday), dinner on Friday and Saturday evening, beverage station of coffee, iced tea and water in the event room during the entire event, FREE gift for each attendee and numerous drawings each day giving you more chances to win more FREE gifts. We also have a GRAND PRIZE drawing on Sunday afternoon. The winner of this gets to attend any one of our weekend retreats during 2012 for FREE.
We will have vendors on site for Creative Memories, Stampin' Up!, Close To My Heart and a retail scrapbook store. These vendors and their websites will be posted here as soon as they check their calendars and confirmed their attendance. You will be able to purchase products on site to complete those fabulous pages, cards and altered projects. They will also have workshops, make-n-takes and classes during the weekend that you are more than welcome to join. Some of these are free and some may have a small fee.

The balance will be due no later than February 1, 2012.
