Our block rates are:

 $89++ per night (Thursday & Sunday) for Standard Double Queen Interior Room 

$124++ per night (Friday & Saturday)

​Block cut-off date is 03/18/2024.  After this date, you will likely pay a higher rate.

You can also make reservations by calling (800) 362-9522..... Dial 1 for individual reservations NOT Group Sales and identify yourself with NC Scrapbook Crops & Retreats.

​Your reservation will require you to pay the first night's room/tax with the remaining balance due at check-in.

If you cancel at least 30 days prior to the event, I will transfer monies paid minus the non-refundable deposit to another event with available space. 

Your full cost for your weekend with us is only $140....  this does not include your sleeping room or food.

You may pay a $50 deposit now to reserve your spot or you can pay the full amount now.  If you choose to only pay the deposit then your balance of $90 will be due no later than Friday, March 29, 2024

Please know that we love children but our events are used as a ladies get away...  The minimum age requirement to attend our events is 15 years old, therefore, no one under the age of 15 will be allowed to stay in our scrapbook retreat ballrooms

This will be our 9th year at this outstanding location!   I am so excited to have it on our calendar again!    It is the perfect place for our mountain weekend retreat.
