Scrapbook/Cardmaking/Crafting Weekend Crop Retreat at the Beach.... Get Ready!
Please know that we love children but our events are used as a ladies get away... The minimum age requirement to attend our events is 15 years old, therefore, no one under the age of 15 will be allowed to stay in our scrapbook retreat ballrooms
Sleeping rooms have been blocked at the North Shore Oceanfront Hotel. You will need to make your own reservations by calling Central Reservations at 1-800-599-9872 and ask for the group block for NC Scrapbooking Crops & Retreats Inc.
The rates are as follows:
Ocean View w/2 queen beds
$69++ per night
Oceanfront w/2 queen beds
$79++ per night
These rates do not include state and local taxes or applicable hospitality and resort charges which are currently 29.95%. An access charge of $3.58 per room per night will be applied to all guest folios and includes unlimited local and toll-free access telephone calls, and unlimited use of personal in-room safe.
Maximum permitted occupancies for each unit are determined by Sands Resorts. Rates are based on two (2) adults per bedroom. Additional adults (18 and over) please add $12.43 per person, per night (includes room, taxes).
Group room rates apply (3) three days before and after event dates.
Minimum stay requirement is two (2) nights.
Guests check-in at the resort is 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. If you arrive prior to the 4:00 check-in, you are welcome to see if your suite is available at that time. If it is, then they very possibly will check you in early.

Refunds
If you cancel at least 30 days prior to the event, I will transfer your monies paid minus the non-refundable deposit to another event with available space.

You may pay a $50 deposit now to reserve your spot or you can pay the full amount now. If you choose to only pay the deposit then your balance of $90 will be due no later than Friday, October 11, 2024.
Any balances after this date will incur a late fee of $25.
